The Vintage Fair Nottingham

As you all know on Saturday the 18th of September we were helping out at the Vintage Fair at Spanky Van Dykes, to write up what went on and photograph all the stylish people we saw in their findings.
And boy did we see some Vintage treasures! Here's a few of our favourites...

Grown up chic
Old British heritage
The Italian cool

We spotted a Nottingham style winner amongst the crowds. Milly Melbourne actually appeared on the Channel 4 show 'Frock me' where chosen stylish participants were given £150 to buy or blag an outfit to wear in the 'Frock off'. As you can gather Milly shows a vintage style which is fashion forward by working a black maxi dress with a feminine touch! Plus her pixie bob is extremely cute!

Up and coming artist, Tom Wardle, who had earlier been playing at Nottingham Trent's open day, came along to the event to show his style. He told us his music is inspired by Style Council, The Smiths and Take That. To listen to his music visit his website, and make sure you get to see him when he plays at the relaunched 'Bopp' at Spanky's on the 9th of October.

We're fully writing up the exciting finds and goings on throughout the day on the official Vintage Fair blog which will be up and running soon, so watch this space!
